KINS' GREEN Stainless Stabilizer Formerly known as Power NX, the KINS' GREEN Stainless Stabilizer saw blade is engineered to efficiently cut thin-walled stainless steel tubes and profiles. Key Features: Advanced Coating: Equipped with a specialized, thin PVD coating, it offers low friction and high temperature resistance. Optimized Design: A thinned cutting area enhances performance, ensuring fast and efficient cuts while minimizing vibration, burrs, and tube-end deformation. Versatile Application: Seamlessly integrates with (semi)automatic sawing machines and flying cut-off applications. Tailored Cutting Speeds: Adjust cutting speeds for optimal results: 30-50 m/min for austenitic stainless steel (300 series), 220-260 m/min for ferritic stainless steel without Ti (409 & 412), and 60-120 m/min for ferritic stainless steel with Ti (411).
