Koyo-Sha Soft Uniflap series is optimized for removing burrs and coloring on metallic workpiece that are generated by punching, laser cutting and also all kinds of three dimensional shape such as mould, jigs, auto parts and various fixtures after forming and casting process. The Koyo-Sha Soft Uniflap with detachable shaft allows for snappy application with either hand tools or pneumatic drills. Koyo-Sha Soft Uniflap Features: Deburring work with all shapes becomes easier by using flexible abrasive cloths with brush like slits that were specially developed for deburring. Deburring after pressing process can be done without removing protection tape that stuck on works, and there are no more secondary burrs.
