The Ojiyas air jet acts like a measurement probe and is to be used together with a display. Ojiyas air jet VC type is a snap type of air gauge used for measuring outside diameter by inserting the workpieces between the V block. The carbide chip is set on V block side to improve wear resistance.

The Ojiyas Air Jet VC type can measure the following:

outside diameters
flatness
perpendicularity
cylindricity
circularity or roundness
