Shimpo CRXL is devised to semi-automatically measure opening torques of caps, lids, and screws of various containers, such as cosmetics, medical products, and beverages, as well as the tightening force of valves. Shimpo Motorized Torque Testing Unit CRXL is appropriate for sampling checks in production line of various sizes of caps. There are two types of Shimpo CRXL Series with different tightening shaft torque range which can be adjusted freely. It is recommended for manufacturing of a wide variety of products in small and mid-sized quantities. Shimpo CRXL Series also supports various sizes of caps. Furthermore, this machine actualizes low power consumption and less noise with the brushless motor.
