Sylvac Digital Dial Indicator Gauge S_Dial WORK ADVANCED IP67 is devised to accurately measure small distances and angles, and amplify them for more obvious reading. Sylvac Digital Dial Indicator Gauge S_Dial WORK ADVANCED IP67 is engineered with digital display and repeatabilty up to 2µm so that the presence, or exact quantity, of some small distance can be conveniently realized (for example, a small height difference between two flat surfaces, a slight lack of concentricity between two cylinders, or other small physical deviations). The Sylvac Digital Dial Indicator Gauge S_Dial Work Advanced IP67 shows great versatility and fast displacement of variation in tolerance during the inspection process of a machined part and can measure the deflection of a beam or ring under laboratory conditions. Thanks to its IP67 certified protection application, gaging can be done in all kinds of harsh environments that are prone to water-humiidty issues with direct coolants and oil spills. This facilitates statistical process control (SPC), which allows both the measurement data and the fabrication inspection to be properly recorded in a tabular dataset (such as a database table or spreadsheet) for statistical analysis.
