Eisen ECP Series is packages of pin gauges with minimum nominal size from 0.205 mm and increasing in 0.01 mm increments. There are two different sets; Class-0 (set range 0.205 mm to 10.005 mm) and Class-1 (set range 0.205 mm to 15.005 mm). Eisen Pin Gauge ECP Series Set Class 0 have ± 0.5 μm tolerance for your micron precision assurance. Features: Made from high quality 58 HRC material which are specially treated. Class-0 is advised for lab environment and QC testing while Class-1 is intended for regular workshop floor. The nominal sizes are indicated on the plastic case for gauges up to 0.99 mm; the nominal sizes on the pin gauges, as well gauges in sizes 1.00 mm and larger, are laser-engraved. Delivered with certificate of conformity for your traceable accuracy assurance.
