Pao Fong Milling Machine PF-6H is devised as a horizontally oriented line of semi-auto milling machine with minimal friction on its spindle and arbor. The Milling cutters tool are held in the arbor and rotate on its axis with the versatility of extended (or the table can be raised/lowered) and allows plunge cuts and drilling of various workpiece held in a machine vice. The classic machine combines compact form factor within 1,8 tons of weight and spartan 5 HP electric motor which is highly considered by many fabricator to work on various range of workpiece (other brands on the same class offer 4HP motors with similar spec). You can also easily install additional accesories such as coolant sprayer, magnetic base indicators, magnifiers, UV lamp or digital readout (DRO) for easy alignement of its table to suit your application. Thanks to its monocoque frames of high quality casted iron, the vibrations on this Inverter Speed Head Knee Mill can be absorbed and minimized your operators' fatigue. As the cutters have good support from the arbor and have a larger cross-sectional area than an end mill, you can work on heavy cuts for rapid material removal rates as in mill grooves and slots, or simply trims the flat surfaces.
